I also read in a forum to try hard code DNS server which I did, to no avail. In my case, but split tunnel profile and full-tunnel profile fail the same way. One gets the NAT IP address but it doesn't route anywhere. Also for sake of argument I re-installed a fresh windows 10 environment and tested again, same failure mode.
So the later Cisco An圜onnect client does work with Mac, but VMware Fusion 12 still needs an update to permit NAT to work. If I select bridged, then I can DHCP another IP address and that works, but it doesn't go out as my An圜onnect IP address which breaks IP restricted resources. When I use NAT (the default in VMware - i run v12), my network breaks completely.
